You can get really good pay on good months

They can literally take your pay on bad or even normal months, pay works up the chain so management is either micromanaging on your stressful months or neglectful on your busy (since they’re paid), company encourages employees to work off the clock, company encourages employees to do the job of their leader for free in the absence of their leader with promise of promotion, very little promotions given after management position, company covers up misconduct by anyone in their boys club, company expects employees to risk their lives in snowstorms or be reprimanded, no real way to voice any of these concerns nor are any concerns risen by brave employees addressed (you see this a lot on their employee page’s main wall), it appears the company is always adding ways to lose your paycheck but little do they add to ensure or fatten it, you’re expected to stand from 9:30am-7pm unless with customers (normal hours) with a half hour break (the people who watch you from the cameras all day while you stress yourself out over goals and customers WILL report anything they feel like), the stress of possibly not being paid added with the amount of problems leadership cause has caused employees to actually have heart attacks at their desk,
