Pros

My coworkers at the store were really nice and the Store Manager was awesome. Pay can be okay depending on traffic.

Cons

A lot of cons: - upper management (District Manager and above) are disconnected with the reality. They think you can sell everything to every customers. If you make a good sale, instead of congratulating you, they will ask why you didn't sell more - the commission structure is very bad. I worked for the company for 10 months and it has changed several times . It's mostly to pay the employees less. - there are too many metrics to take care of, so at the end you almost have to lie to the customers to be able to meet your metrics. - my former District Manager literally lied to me in order to demote me to RSC from an ASM position. - if you have a question to HR concerning money, you'll never have your answer. I am waiting for an answer from an email in March and even after multiple tries, they never replied. - the commission pay as an ASM can be okay but only if the store has a lot of traffic. Otherwise it's terrible.

Pros

Physically easy and potentially good pay provided you’re smart and good with people.

Cons

Goals always feel like they changing and just when you get how you max out your pay they change something. It feels purposeful to reduce payouts and keep everyone at around the same pay and maximize company profits.
