You will be forced to lie through your teeth to customers and do unethical stuff just to barely scrape by. The commission structure changes so frequently and rarely for the better. The expectations on employees continue to increase while payout decreases. Leadership runs off the “good ol’ boy” system, and will abuse their position to offer some employees favors outside of protocol. This company rewards employees with promotions and awards while they are blatantly committing fraud. Customers suffer for this.
