Pros
I'm new to the company but my coworkers as well as management are all friendly and easy to work with. The days go by quick at my store with the constant flow of customers.
Cons
The only con I've come across so far is that the schedule changes every week. It'd be nice if the hours and days stayed consistent but maybe with time.

Physically easy and potentially good pay provided you’re smart and good with people.
Cons
Goals always feel like they changing and just when you get how you max out your pay they change something. It feels purposeful to reduce payouts and keep everyone at around the same pay and maximize company profits.
