Pros

There are no positive attributes to working for this company. None at all.

Cons

Prime Communications is an authorized Rogers Wireless Dealer. Not only do they pay the lowest commissions that I've ever seen in the industry, they go out of their way to change the rules and add new criterias in other for you to make any commission at all. This company doesn't support you and guide you toward being successful, they pay you they bare minimum and then try cheat you out of that. Any complaints or concerns you have as an employee will fall in deaf ears. You have little to no value as a Prime Communications employee. Prime would rather cover up an issue than fix anything. I have had our CEO blatantly admit that for every negative review left on Glass Door, the company creates THREE fake positive reviews. They refuse to fix any issues within they're own company. I was forced to work in a store where the manager was an alcoholic. She was often drunk at work, and created a very toxic store environment. I'm now the third employee in a year to walk out because nothing was being done about it despite complaints to upper management and HR. This company cares nothing for the Employment Standard Act or The Disability Standards act and violate they both blatantly without apology. What they do to their employees is CRIMINAL! I had to walk away from this employer for my own sanity and metal health.
