Pros
You essentially get to decide your own salary based on how much you want to sell.
Cons
District Managers and Market Directors are typically miserable people, with some exceptions. Especially in the central texas region from my experience and others. Pay plans are constantly changing, which is why I quit. Most changes have been regressions.
