Pros

After joining AT&T in 2013 and holding different jobs in the company, I moved to Prime in 2021. I found the environment familiar, but fresh, with a healthy mentality on growth and customer service. In my time at Prime, my experience has been valued, I have been promoted from Sales Rep, to Assistant Manager and on to Store Manager, I have been part of development programs to move on to upper levels of leadership and I have been witness to the company continuing to raise their own expectations of excellence within the organization in terms of how they conduct their business.

Cons

This job carries the same cons and any sales job and especially any sales job within the wireless carrier industry. There are expectations and goals set down by leadership that need to be met and overcome just like any sales job. You also deal with the same issues as any customer facing retail job.

Working weekends and holidays .And a tricky commission structure. Also all systems are slow.

Pros

Physically easy and potentially good pay provided you’re smart and good with people.

Cons

Goals always feel like they changing and just when you get how you max out your pay they change something. It feels purposeful to reduce payouts and keep everyone at around the same pay and maximize company profits.
