Pros

Not a whole lot to say here

Cons

High turn over rate mixed with upper management either making racist comments of workers of color or making fun of medical conditions to reps faces. HR claims they will look into these situations but never do so and that right there creates a hostile work environment. Also getting told to just attach all these products on customers accounts without telling them is a staple in prime. They actively condone insurance fraud, they commit time card fraud by having people work of the clock to avoid labor laws or their “smart hours”. They also push for us to sell fraudulent lines of AT&T services to inflate numbers, but once you’re caught they hang you out to dry and say they had no idea what was going on. The company does a lot of illegal tactics that will one day ruin the business that was made 10+ years ago. Also the company is riddled with class action lawsuits from previous employees due to a handful of things.

Pros

Physically easy and potentially good pay provided you’re smart and good with people.

Cons

Goals always feel like they changing and just when you get how you max out your pay they change something. It feels purposeful to reduce payouts and keep everyone at around the same pay and maximize company profits.
