      Good hourly pay. Okay benefits.

      Shady. Commission structure sucks. Constantly trying to get us to commit fraud on customers and trying to get us to commit time fraud.

      Working weekends and holidays .And a tricky commission structure. Also all systems are slow.

      Pros

      Physically easy and potentially good pay provided you’re smart and good with people.

      Cons

      Goals always feel like they changing and just when you get how you max out your pay they change something. It feels purposeful to reduce payouts and keep everyone at around the same pay and maximize company profits.
