      I enjoy this team so much , it’s been a little over a year since I started and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to call work/ career. They have poured into me as a person with the tools and training to handle this job with care. So thank you prime I will continue to keep working hard to grow into a great leader

      Working weekends and holidays .And a tricky commission structure. Also all systems are slow.

      Pros

      Physically easy and potentially good pay provided you’re smart and good with people.

      Cons

      Goals always feel like they changing and just when you get how you max out your pay they change something. It feels purposeful to reduce payouts and keep everyone at around the same pay and maximize company profits.
