Pros
For pros I’d say in my time here we were with a company called Spring Mobile before Prime bought them out. After that everything went down hill.
Cons
This job is very time consuming to the point you eat, drink, and dream about it. Most of your conversations consist of work because there’s never anything else to do if you want to be successful. Goals are highly unobtainable and consistently changing to the point you don’t know how you make money. If you made it higher in the food chain life is definitely cozy till you realize you’re just another person to be thrown under the bus if things go wrong. I worked here for a career and made big changes like moving across the country for people you “trust” higher up only to find out it was only to benefit them in a pinch and once it goes bad you’re on your own left for the wolves. Shady sales tactics are preached from higher ups and go down the line till the reps are the ones struggling to make end meets like pawns in a game. While upper management gets to bark orders and discipline under performers when they can’t hit the unrealistic goals. It took them 6 years till they implemented any sort of hourly increase due to the lack of commission people were making do to the once again unrealistic goals. They couldn’t keep employment and you don’t want to work here just on hourly. Overall I’ve had a horrible experience since my company was bought out by Prime. Lost a lot of good people and friends due to them not “getting on board” with all the changes and forced sales behaviors. I pray for everyone still there and wish them the best of luck and run as soon as they can.
