Pros
Used to be great, there was no micro managing and a little more space for human error.
Cons
With the new CEO, he made a RIDICULOUS amount of new rules and policies that make you feel like a literal child. It is insane how micro managed we are now. They literally discipline you for submitting a time correction if you accidentally forget to clock in and out. Had an employee get in trouble for playing a game on their phone on a day we had ZERO CUSTOMERS. They invaded my employees privacy, zoomed in on their phone with the security cameras and reported it to upper management team. Absolutely ridiculous for any adult to be invaded that way on a slow day at work. The company should be more thankful that people show up to clock in at all on a slow day because they arent making any money anyways. Also, HORRIBLE health and dental insurance plans. Pay WAY more than the average person working for a HUGE company. And managers are required to work 42 hours a week, so if you come short on hours because you had to leave early one day for an emergency, anything; THEY FORCE YOU to use your PTO or SICK TIME to comply to their required 42 rules. Just insane. They're not understanding at ALL that people have lives outside of work.
