Pros

Money is good when you succeed.

Cons

They make it so you can’t succeed, punished for success and good results. How? Goal increases and massive YoY expectations while struggling people receive reductions. People first mantra is BS. They celebrate all their new leaders, but don’t address the turnover issue which is consistent on why there’s always new leader. Just look at LinkedIn for all the recent promotions… what happened to all the other people as they’re not growing that rapidly. The best people sell their soul to make their commissions not to mention get promoted, you’re encouraged to do fraud. They will ask you and tell you on phone calls, localized conference calls and in person and never put it in writing and you’ll be the fall person. There’s an age restriction limit that’s printed, but they don’t share that publicly for fear of getting in trouble. Can’t run certain stores without meeting requirements although occasionally exceptions are made. I always wanted to like the company but in reality, you have no balance, mental health killer, off the clock encouraged, no PTO and you’re a just a number. Ohhh and many don’t want you to take PTO to when home office leaders will leave for weeks at a time. When you do good, they ask you to review the company on here as they know all of the negative comments on here are true and they want to move them down the list. Yearly sales contests (pinnacle) don’t count for sales reps although they tell you about it in your new hire orientation call. It’s a churn burn company, they take advantage of people that are single and young, and they work you to death. Lastly, until you go to leave, that’s when they actually care about you, look at promotions or compensation raises instead of just taken care of people for a job well done. One minute you’re a hero, the next minute you don’t exist. My advice if you work here and do really well, ask to quit and put a notice and you’ll be rewarded so that you stay. Sucks to write this and I wish you the best but wanted everyone to be warned.
