      They offer competitive salaries. Environment is friendly among the staff.

      Cons

      You are expected to work many many extra hours and they are not always paid. I'd say that maybe half the time they are paid. And even when you are allowed to bill those extra hours, they are never time and a half. Always regular billed hours.

      Good culture, lots of employee events, pays pretty well

      Cons

      Boom bust cycles of work the booms you are drinking from a fire hose and the busts there is nothing going on

      Pros

      Great if you want a divorce and a chemical dependency, and love being disrespected by management.

      Cons

      Long hours, no overtime, broken commitments on the company side. No respect from management to mid or low level.
