      Pros

      Solid pay for just starting out. Flexibility is great in the workplace. Training isn't rushed and is taken care of by Prime. Medical is completely covered given a few easily obtainable conditions. Weekly paychecks. Project oriented. Orientation program is outstanding. PTO/sick days aren't extremely numerous, but easy to get approval.

      Cons

      Training can be a bit long, especially if you get bored watching videos.

      Good culture, lots of employee events, pays pretty well

      Cons

      Boom bust cycles of work the booms you are drinking from a fire hose and the busts there is nothing going on

      Great if you want a divorce and a chemical dependency, and love being disrespected by management.

      Cons

      Long hours, no overtime, broken commitments on the company side. No respect from management to mid or low level.
