      Pros

      Everybody is very friendly and upper management creates a very respectful and supportive atmosphere for all their employees both on and off site.

      Cons

      I have not come across any cons to be quite honest. I think that anyone would absolutely enjoy working here in any capacity.

      Good culture, lots of employee events, pays pretty well

      Cons

      Boom bust cycles of work the booms you are drinking from a fire hose and the busts there is nothing going on

      Pros

      Great if you want a divorce and a chemical dependency, and love being disrespected by management.

      Cons

      Long hours, no overtime, broken commitments on the company side. No respect from management to mid or low level.
