      Pros

      You will definitely learn quickly. There is no training whatsoever, they just throw you in and then reprimand you when you don’t know what you’re doing. I’d advise anyone to think twice before joining this revolving door of a company.

      Cons

      Almost everything. Benefits, you only get 10 days of vacation time. There is no negotiating that. Management is terrible with no checks and balances, they do whatever they want, whenever they want. There is no work-life balance. They’ve told us they expect us to work evenings and weekends. Management takes no ownership for any mistakes they make. The insurance is awful. Almost no one takes it. It’s a mess of a company and they do not care about their employees and it shows. Turnover is horrific. I had high hopes and wanted to stay somewhere long-term, but not at a company like this.

      Bought out CMMC in Lewiston maine, fired bunch of people. Was promised a raise and am not getting one becasue the company is stingy All indian people who barley speak English and talk to you in a condescending tone like you are stupid when they don't know how to do their jobs Pretty sure they buy VISA for people from India so they can work them to death for little pay, putting more money in their pocket Have a Bachelors degree and experience, was told no raise from $20/hr while being worked to death, which is crazy cause lots of other places are paying way more
