      I'm dedicated to my population, no feelings of loyalty to the facility.

      Cons

      Benefits are garbage. Pay is not congruent for experience and years worked. Hard to find care under the provided insurance, especially specialties. Have to go all rhe way out to chicago. Only 1% match for retirement but are allegedly "reevaluating." Cutting costs on important things.

      None this company sucks bad

      Bought out CMMC in Lewiston maine, fired bunch of people. Was promised a raise and am not getting one becasue the company is stingy All indian people who barley speak English and talk to you in a condescending tone like you are stupid when they don't know how to do their jobs Pretty sure they buy VISA for people from India so they can work them to death for little pay, putting more money in their pocket Have a Bachelors degree and experience, was told no raise from $20/hr while being worked to death, which is crazy cause lots of other places are paying way more
