      Pros

      There are no pros working here. They’ll tell you whatever lie they can about their “family like community atmosphere” to make you feel like you’re working somewhere special.

      Cons

      Chronically understaffed and over burdening nurses with too many high acute patients. This leads to a lot of nasty attitudes and poor teamwork and it shows! No support from leadership. There’s no education for the nurses. Patients getting central/midline infections. Floor managers are highly unprofessional and openly talk down about their nurses and CNAs

      None this company sucks bad

      Bought out CMMC in Lewiston maine, fired bunch of people. Was promised a raise and am not getting one becasue the company is stingy All indian people who barley speak English and talk to you in a condescending tone like you are stupid when they don't know how to do their jobs Pretty sure they buy VISA for people from India so they can work them to death for little pay, putting more money in their pocket Have a Bachelors degree and experience, was told no raise from $20/hr while being worked to death, which is crazy cause lots of other places are paying way more
