      Co- workers, patients, and patient improvement

      Cons

      The amount of documentation is just horrible, there is 0 recognition from the supervisor when you do something good, instead you only get told your mistakes/ flaws, prime is all about making $$ and trying to bill clients even for the smallest things because it’s for- profit now, The pay is insulting for the amount of work you do. Lastly, 0 career/ growth opportunities no matter how long you’ve been a therapist there for you don’t move up as a professional. Also, good luck enjoying your week nights, work life balance is a joke!!

      For a float position they tend to cancel a lot.
