      •Inpatient floor experience with primarily mid-to-later-stage adults both in the med-surg and Behavioral Psych units. •Competitive pay and benefits for those employed both part and full time. •Educational advancement opportunities •Leadership values safety and endeavors to listen to/read responses from employees. •On-site parking •Employee Assistance hotline Center

      Cons

      •No weekend shift differential (only nights and federal holidays.) •Nurses are required to work one holiday per quarter; non-clinical staff has an option to work holidays. •HR is not located in Leavenworth location; telephone or travel to Kansas City, KS.

      For a float position they tend to cancel a lot.
