After they took over Central Maine, they took away the hundreds of hours of sick banks intended for short term disability and replaced it with short term disability that you have to purchase yourself, replaced the benefits with their own Prime insurance and will not pay for anything outside of their network, the other insurance option is garbage, more expensive, and you'll be expected to pay 60% of your bills after your very high deductible has been met, they took away a lot of earned time (PTO) so there is very limited vacation (something like 10 days a year), no merit raises to look forward to, they cut shift differentials, and will force you to sign an arbitration agreement so they won't be held accountable for their crooked actions. If you don't sign it or agree to it (showing up for work is agreeing to it), they claim you voluntarily resigned, even though staying isn't an option unless you comply with the agreement. Such terrible people to work for. They don't care about the workers. They care about how hard they can work you to fill their own pockets.
