      Pros

      Down to earth coworkers and patients for the most part. When push came to shove in certain situations, people teamed up and made things happen.

      Cons

      Not everyone shares the same work ethic and management does not value employees. Compensation abysmally lower than market rate and potential for more fair compensation not in sight. Union rep and union steward left a bad taste in my mouth and I did not want to have anything to do with them.

      Bought out CMMC in Lewiston maine, fired bunch of people. Was promised a raise and am not getting one becasue the company is stingy All indian people who barley speak English and talk to you in a condescending tone like you are stupid when they don't know how to do their jobs Pretty sure they buy VISA for people from India so they can work them to death for little pay, putting more money in their pocket Have a Bachelors degree and experience, was told no raise from $20/hr while being worked to death, which is crazy cause lots of other places are paying way more
