Over worked and under paid . No training , you will train yourself then you will get in trouble for not understanding after you basically had no training . Long hours and if you’re exempt be prepared to be a slave. I was told I couldn’t take a lunch unless all my work was done . I was told I had to ask permission to make a doctor appointment. All ridiculous. This is the accounting dept . Different managers , there are some good ones if you apply to be an accountant let’s hope you end up with one of the good managers mines was horrible . Manager never helped always said I’m here to help and did nothing . Manager knew nothing and talked down on all of his employees . One accountant for each hospital you basically do it all! Be prepared to be stressed out . I left on my own my well being is way more important than a job that doesn’t care about their employees . No employee appreciation . HR is on the company side always and doesn’t care about what you the employee is dealing with . Oh and be prepared to be in the office till 8-9pm while your manager is out by 4:30pm but showed up at 10 am sitting in his office on his phone .
