Pros

Great products and services. You’ll learn a lot and many chances for OT. Pay is pretty good too.

Cons

Family run operation. Very high turnover on administrative staff. HR department always lacking. My benefits were always messed up. Often a training ground for Cat and Cummings, as a lot of guys jump to there. We had a President who changed how everything was done for a year and then got fired, then like half of everyone he brought got fired.

Pros

As a tech I was paid double time on the weekends. The schedulers made it easy to spend time with family when I needed off. Six times a year PPSI does something for the employees. Every quarter they have an employee fun day here at the shop. Once a year they have an awards banquet celebrating the achievements of its employees. Once a year they have a family fun day where your whole family enjoys a day at a park with the rest of the employees. 401K & Profit Sharing. All 15yr employees get 100% of their healthcare premiums paid. Technicians drive their work trucks home.

Cons

Lack of training using CRM for techs and office staff. Long hours in the field at times.
