Many employees get to work from home, but they've been considering removing this benefit.
Cons
They have ignored inflation for multiple years when considering yearly pay raises and have given pay raises that are half of what inflation is, effectively giving their employees a pay cut. They are adamant that they are paying a competitive amount but it becomes more questionable every year. Working here, you can try for a promotion which would effectively be working harder for the same value of money you were being paid before inflation. There is no company culture. There are no team building events. There is no holiday party.
