Cons
Can be clicky in certain departments, especially HR. HR is overstaffed and implements programs and projects that duplicate one another. There is a lot of conflict in that department over ownership of relationships with the business. Too many egos and leaders trying to make a name for themselves by criticizing their colleagues. The Directors are not held to the same expectations as the rest of the team (and company at large), which has created strained relationships and a negative culture.
