Pros
Strong historical reputation for customer service. Good people that I enjoyed working with.
Cons
Left mostly because a lot of changes and better pay for my experience. The service quality really fell off and got challenging for a while there with clients very frustrated we didn't have enough support. It started to get better for while mid-last year but then we lost some of our progress towards end of year. Kind of frustrating for those taking all the calls but I'm sure they will figure it out at some point.
