The worst atmosphere you can imagine it just feels like a prison. People who work there are either for money or they consider it a transition period while looking for another job. The founder is a megalomaniac full of himself and treats people like doormats with zero respect. For the past few years the company has recorded the highest turnover in history as no one could ever put up with the owner. No matter how hard you try to stay on his good side, it quickly comes to an end. He even changes his mind in a heartbeat and all employees should follow and processes would change 180 degree. He micromanages everything even there’s a story that was going on about him firing a cook because the chicken was a little undercooked. He once brought in a crook who sold him a dream of turning the company around yet it was the other way around and by the time he realized the guy had already made over 1 million euros before he peaced out. Once a thriving company, it has been reduced to less than 20 employees. There were mass exoduses where key people left and thrived elsewhere. The founder was so stingy he didn’t not want to pay his employees fairly most of whom ended up joining the direct competitors who offered 3 or 4 fold their actual salaries. Just don’t waste your time there it’s not worth it no matter what the promises are. Your turn will come and you will be a culprit one day as all what he does is point fingers left and right blaming people for his failure. This company is doomed the only way out is to sell the software the owner has developed for years.
