Pros

Decent pay Some of the co-workers are nice

Cons

This job is really not worth it. They barely train you and then preach about family but then play favorites. OMs and management aren't around when you need them

Pros

My Experience Working in the IT Department Unfortunately, my time at this company was not positive. I found very few advantages to working here, particularly within the IT department. The infrastructure was disorganized, and job roles were poorly defined — responsibilities often overlapped without clear guidance or support from leadership. Despite being responsible for critical tasks like user onboarding and offboarding, there was minimal collaboration or assistance from management. Asking questions was discouraged, and the leadership team rarely provided direction or clarity. The IT Service Delivery Manager lacked technical knowledge and seemed more focused on self-preservation than team success. Job security was also a major concern. Employees could be let go involuntarily without warning or justification, creating a culture of instability. Compensation was stagnant — there were no annual pay raises, and the PTO policy was below industry standards. Additionally, FMLA leave was unpaid, which added to the financial strain for employees needing time off for medical reasons. While a few individuals were knowledgeable and committed, the overall environment was not conducive to growth or long-term career development.

Cons

salary is not good no annual pay raise bad benefits micromanaging poor work culture no career growth bad leadership
