Pros
The students are amazing and really appreciate everything the staff does. Staff, Supervisor, Directors, and Deans are the problem
Cons
The leadership at this institution is unbelievable. As we began to work remotely they believed that it be best for LAYOFF Office Associates and didn't see the need for Office Associates to work remotely like other positions. The Deans hire their friends as opposed to skilled professionals and new talent. Supervisors lie on talented employees to keep them at the college. The college needs to be restructured with new leadership. The pay for Office Associates is also not as good as others. It is nearly impossible to grow in a place that is petty and only wishes to hold you back.
