I loved working at PGCC due to the flexibility in scheduling work hours.

Cons

I enjoy tutoring students but require patience which I do have. So, if you don't have patience, then this may not be the job for you.

Pros

You have to provide assistance to students who needed help pickout their schedule, manage the front desk, and the Owl Market. However, their was always a team their to share the load.

Cons

If you have a supervisor, who does not want to accept your PTO request. You are not getting that PTO not matter how much you accrue.
