Pros

Princeton culture is a kind and caring environment

Cons

In a desperate effort to make its Prime program succeed, the Finance and Treasury organization has let its consultant, Huron, hold almost all key leadership roles on its Prime program. As a result, there is no knowledge transfer, just cost overruns due to the need to keep funding Huron. Princeton employees in Finance and Treasury are being laid off to save costs.
