Pros
great benefits, pay is good, chance for advancement, paid classes for growth or position. Its a very team played environment and everyone is included in all aspects of the Companies progress and future en devours, many outdoor activities, many team oriented events, very fast paced and able to make alot of money very fast
Cons
14 hour days and weekends, as an Underwriter i was there all the time, hardly had time to take a breath. Learn Quickly, people come and go to much for them to handle. Doggies dog eat dog environment. Only the hungry survive, lots of moving if you are a agent. mostly women, surprisingly 70-30 i would say.
