The work can be stressful at times

I wish I could say there any.

Bonuses only once a year. I’ve had better. Benefits aren’t any different from any other company. Actually other companies offer a better benefits package. Work overload. They’ve been requiring PTO every Monday and if you dont do it you get penalized. So they dont care about work-life balance. Do not and I mean do NOT work for the PCC. They lie the whole time in training and nobody knows anything so you can never be sufficient at your job. This was probably the worst company I’ve ever worked for.
