Pros
This company provides excellent benefits like paid time off and volunteer time off. Has very flexible working hours and work from home opportunities. Decent pay.
Cons
Having enough staff can be difficult which results in lots of overtime which at long stretches can really be tough. Most of the simpler/easier work get's out-sourced putting lots of pressure on processors to learn higher skill tasks.
