      Awesome people, fun company-sponsored events. You have no real limit in income if you're willing to sacrifice all your free time for 2-5 years to build a base.

      Cons

      Heavy emphasis on using Principal products (not always the best available) and antiquated sales training. The costs associated with being an advisor start small but ratchet up within 1-2 years (office rent, admin costs, technology fees, etc)

      Great opportunity to start a career. You can legitamitely move throughout the company starting with this role.

      Cons

      Bad contact center environment. Back to back calls every day. They only discuss call times and never what leads to the numbers.
