Pros

Competitive and even over market salary with annual bonus in the Spring, several opportunities for growth through shadowing, group trainings, one on one mentorship and incentive programs. Easy and encouraged to move around the organization for great variety. Left because it was so big the piece I was doing was so small and felt I needed a challenge at a smaller company for a time but will be back at some point in my life because the culture and opportunities can hardly be beat.

Cons

Very big, less ownership over processes and slow ability to change or make a big impact.

Pros

I wish I could say there any.

Cons

Bonuses only once a year. I’ve had better. Benefits aren’t any different from any other company. Actually other companies offer a better benefits package. Work overload. They’ve been requiring PTO every Monday and if you dont do it you get penalized. So they dont care about work-life balance. Do not and I mean do NOT work for the PCC. They lie the whole time in training and nobody knows anything so you can never be sufficient at your job. This was probably the worst company I’ve ever worked for.
