      I can not think of any except if you're very desperate for a job, you can join this company to get your foot in the door

      Cons

      - Backward (small town) mentality - Not open to diversity - Regional management is all about micromanagement, they want employees to blindly say yes to them on everything - inconsistent standards

      Great opportunity to start a career. You can legitamitely move throughout the company starting with this role.

      Cons

      Bad contact center environment. Back to back calls every day. They only discuss call times and never what leads to the numbers.
