Pros
The production staff are great people.
Cons
The pay is terrible. The benefits are terrible. Work is not even regular. Bathrooms are disgusting. They don't even offer water because they are so cheap. There have been issues with racism and the management addresses that by firing the person complaining. You are better off getting a job in the service industry, working for a major company that at least has structure and policies.
