Pros

The benefits were okay. The healthcare benefits were essential for me, especially during the pandemic. I liked that the most.

Cons

The company had too many leaders at once. It led to a lot of confusion, errors, and frustration. Avoid this company if you want clarity in everything. They are terrible at it.

Great benefits but horrible culture

Cons

Company states that they do merit based raises and promotions. Upper management is toxic and racist does not take accountability and uses favoritism and nepotism for all means of promotions and advancement.
