They play favoritism by allowing terrible workers who put out poor quality work to get away with it then force the quality employees to come around and fix it and blame them for it being messed up in the first place. They will constantly steal time while complainingyou took an extra minuteto get back to the pad, and their insurance is technically illegal as far as I can tell.
