Cons

Helpers in the service department have to drive their own cars with no reimbursement. Threaten to fire me when I needed to take off because my wife was giving birth! Take money out of your paycheck without authorization. Short you on your time sheet so you don't accumulate PTO

Cons

Company states that they do merit based raises and promotions. Upper management is toxic and racist does not take accountability and uses favoritism and nepotism for all means of promotions and advancement.
