      Pay, therapy is provided almost free, cost of living wages, tuition reimbursement

      Cons

      Clique mentality. Bullying of new grads who aren't part of Unit cliques. Bad management. Sides with the most popular individual. No lt able to grow in career if you're not part of Clique. Clique members allowed to terrorize new grads.

      Pros

      Magnet status, Diverse patient population allows for greater experience. Trauma 1, Comprehensive Stroke Center, teaching hospital, high investment in EPIC utilization

      Cons

      Level of education of many nurses there is low, no requirement for minimum BSN, staff is young, turns over, a lot. Frustrating at times. Management not the best communicators, no constructive feedback, perhaps spread to thinly to be effective.
