      Pay is higher compared to other employers in the area.

      Cons

      Pay could be better. Don’t care about nurses at all. Want to turn us into customer service representatives. Feels very corporate.

      Pros

      Magnet status, Diverse patient population allows for greater experience. Trauma 1, Comprehensive Stroke Center, teaching hospital, high investment in EPIC utilization

      Cons

      Level of education of many nurses there is low, no requirement for minimum BSN, staff is young, turns over, a lot. Frustrating at times. Management not the best communicators, no constructive feedback, perhaps spread to thinly to be effective.
