You are correct, we do not offer holiday and sick pay as its own category. We offer Paid Time Off (PTO) to use as you need. This allows individuals with different holiday, schedule, and medical needs use their time as needed. Compared to the industry, the total amount we offer annually usually exceeds what you would receive combining the three categories elsewhere.
