Thank you for taking the time to write a review. It is great to hear you like our benefit plans. We spend a lot of time listening to our employees so we can focus on what plans are important for them. I can understand why not being able to move out of your position for 1 year can be considered a "con", but it is done to ensure you have gained the experience needed for your next role, and to provide the best care for our patients. While you may not receive an immediate raise for obtaining your MSN, I would hope you would apply for positions which require it and receive a promotion. We LOVE to see people promote from within and continue to learn.
