Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits were great! Work moral is awful. Team members who are lazy and are not pulling their weight are still able to remain as employees. The company only cares about themselves and does what is best for the company and not their "team members"! They do not have an in-house human resources department. The people who make the decisions do not know what the employees deal with on a daily basis and need to get a dose of reality of what their team members endure. Changed their PTO policy and now if you work less than a year you will not be paid 100% of paid time off accrued unless you work 5 years or more. If you try to advance in the hospital, current supervisors will not put in good word for you
