Management - poor communication, even worse with recent merger No advancement opportunities Favoritism Management does not listen to feedback, although they say they are eager for suggestions/concerns Manager is frequently gone and wants communication primarily through text and email

Magnet status, Diverse patient population allows for greater experience. Trauma 1, Comprehensive Stroke Center, teaching hospital, high investment in EPIC utilization

Cons

Level of education of many nurses there is low, no requirement for minimum BSN, staff is young, turns over, a lot. Frustrating at times. Management not the best communicators, no constructive feedback, perhaps spread to thinly to be effective.
