Staffing is awful. Patient to nurse ratios are terrible and incentives to pickup have been slashed to nearly nothing. Admin keep adding more and more busy work and could care less about their fellow employees that actually do something instead of sitting in offices and going to meetings all day. They write you up for wearing a jacket when they keep it 65 in the hallways at night. Staff safety is thrown out the window and every floor is always extremely short. They cut the matrix even though acuity is going up and add more to your plate with less help.
